What warranty is offered on your products?
Your new Radiant Technology instrument carries a three-year warranty. Please contact us at support@radiantinstruments.com should your product need warranty service.
Out-of-warranty repairs are charged a minimum of $50.00. Payment must be received before service begins.
International warranty service will be handled by Aircraft Spruce. Please contact them for return information.
Can I return a product?
Purchases must be returned in new, resalable condition within 60 days from shipment.

If you are having trouble with an instrument, we can often diagnose it very quickly without a return. Please send an email to support@radiantinstruments.com.
How do I get support?
If you need support for your Radiant instrument purchase, please contact us by email at support@radiantinstruments.com. Because of our small staff, we do not have a direct phone number. We do our best to respond to emails as soon as possible. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please try again since some emails end up in spam. You may also try kathy@radiantinstruments.com.
