Why are some products available as pre-orders?
Since we offer innovative aircraft instruments, we often introduce new products for sale that are in the final engineering phase. Sometimes an engineering problem emerges in the final phase that delays our production runs. This means that if you are ordering a new product, we could be several weeks out from shipping. We try to keep our product pages up to date with shipping information.
As of 2025, there are only two of us working at Radiant Instruments. We manufacture products in batches, and cycles take about a month. It is always best to pre-order now and get on the list. We do charge your card at the time your order is placed.
Question: What payments methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for your convenience.
