GEN-2 Digital Altimeter

The RADIANT Digital Altimeter is designed to show simultaneous digital altitude, digital VSI, digital outside temperature, and digital density altitude in a single glance, easy-to-read format. All of this information is presented digitally on a single vivid LCD screen. The instrument fits in a standard 2.25” enclosure. Replacing four conventional instruments with one digitally accurate single instrument saves panel space and reduces aircraft weight. Additionally, the altitude sensor used within this instrument is amazingly accurate, showing differential altitudes with precision of 1 foot.

• Sunlight readable, with extremely high contrast.
• Extremely flat response and accurate solid state altitude sensor
• User selectable for Celsius or Fahrenheit (outside air temperature, used for temperature and True Airspeed calculations).
• Dimmable (uses external potentiometer,  included!).
• Designed to fit 2 ¼” instrument rectangular cutout with 2 bolts (included), or 3 1/8” standard panel cutout (using optional adapter ring for 3 1/8). Will also fit into standard 2 ¼" round instrument cutout with very slight clipping of the left side of the screen.
• Power Source: +6.5 to +14 volts, approximately 0.125 ampere. 
• Case is black nylon with chopped carbon fiber, 3D printed.
• Includes external temperature sensor for OAT with included 2 meter harness (~80 inch).
